The GDS (Global Digital System)
The GDS (Global Digital System) is a feature-rich
platform that meets your current telecommunication
requirements and offers future-proof migration solutions.
The system is compatible with both analogue and digital
communication networks.

Offering CID (Caller Identification),
Message Lamp to the room.
ACP (Access Control Phone) for VIP rooms or floor control.
CT Star software for the operator to check guest
information, room status, leave messages.
ACP as a door phone for guests to answer the door without
opening the door; large LED display for showing status of
DND do not disturb (blocking incoming ringing) or 'Clean the
room' outside the door.

CT Star is an internet-based all-in-one

SM - System Manager
Provides detailed information of the programming settings in
the GDS and allows for remote modification and maintenance
by the technician. Programming changes can be made and
uploaded directly to the GDS, therefore providing the best
and quickest service for the customer.
AM - Access Manager
This application configures the operation of the Access
Control Phone. It offers Proximity Card registering, assigns
access for cardholders, and monitors the access status of
the system. It can also trace time and access points of
cardholders.
Access Manager allows you to control
entry/exit security, log employee movement for time sheets
and more.
Telephone Manager
This application allows users to utilise Computer Telephony
features with the GDS. It offers phone type functions of
placing, receiving and transferring calls and control your
telephone traffic from your computer keyboard; sending and
receiving short messages between colleagues; Call History,
call back Missed Calls.
CM - Contact Manager
Now you can manage a virtually unlimited amount of
information about your business contacts. When used in
conjunction with the Telephone Manager, a new window with
the caller's details pops up on the screen, allowing you to
have the contact's details at hand when they call.
Information already stored in your Outlook contacts database
is easily merged with CM. It can be shared with other users,
or maintained as private contacts only.
CM includes a Notes window, where up-to-date information is
maintained about each contact; Activities, such as upcoming
meetings and To Do lists in relation to each contact; and a
Calendar feature.
Call Accounting System
Call Accounting allows you to accurately track telephone
call expenditure for billing purposes. It allows you to
record account numbers as calls are made or received.
